How a card gets made
Sketch, ink, proof

Sketch
Rough thumbnails at card size. If the silhouette does not read at two inches tall, it does not go further.

Ink and colour
Selected concepts are inked by hand and colour-blocked against the palette the whole set shares.

Print proof
Final art is proofed on real cardstock, because screen colour lies and gold ink lies more.
